As Business Manager you will be responsible for the client relationship and delivery of construction projects for major supermarket retailers across the country. You will work on a national basis although you must be able to commute to a regional building office of my client. You will be responsible for developing the client relationship to create more revenue streams from the retailer and manage multiple construction projects within your remit. You will be autonomate in your role, reporting to the Retail Sector Director and have full P&L responsibility for projects under your responsibility.
Who we're looking for
You will have worked for a main contractor with exposure to supermarket retail projects. You have delivered projects up to £10m in either new-build, refurbishment or extension format. You will be in a client facing role working as a Contracts Manager or Regional Manager and be from either a surveying or project management background. You must have had previous responsibility for a P&L account.
