As either Project QS or Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial delivery or large construction projects ranging from £5m to £30m across the London & South East regions. Predominantly on new-build projects, my client has requirements for multiple commercial staff to aid in the delivery of these projects. The projects range from new-build commercial developments to education frameworks, diagnostic centres for private healthcare clients to new supermarket stores.
Who we're looking for
With experience working for main contractors you will have a track record in leading or being part of the commercial teams in delivering projects in any of the retail, commercial, healthcare or education sectors. You will have had exposure to final accounts and be used to taking a project through both the pre and post contract construction phases.

My client is a leading main contractor with international presence. They have a reputation for delivery and customer service to major blue chip clients in both the private and public sector domains.
What's on offer
up to £80k + package depending on experience.
