Due to re-structuring a leading Facilities Management provider requires 2 Facilities Management Estimators to join their team.
The FM Estimator will work alongside the Bid Support Team and hold the responsibility of pricing FM projects undertaken by the organisation.
The main purpose of this position is to be able to understand maintenance hours against assets whilst achieving a reduction of asset maintenance costs. You will be expected to provide all necessary bidding information to accompany the estimates in conjunction with the Bid Project Manager. Regular interaction with the financial team will take place to ensure data is translated effectively to satisfy commercial objectives.
The role will involve dealing with large blue chip clients such as HSBC and BA with the opportunity to travel to the USA due to global contract commitments.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, able to work self sufficiently and demonstrate your expertise in pricing and estimating for a wide client base. Although this is a relatively commercial role, ideally you will have previous Operational experience. The successful candidate will be able to self manage and work with a team of 4 whilst reporting to the Estimation Manager.

What's on offer
