Heading up the site engineering function and reporting to the Operations Manager you will deliver high levels of plant utilisation through effective people management, systems and development projects. Driven by continuous improvement, you will ensure that the site remains in its market leading position.

Who we're looking for
Degree qualified, you will have worked within an FMCG environment as an Engineering/Improvement Manager. An excellent people manager, you are looking for your next challenge in a fast paced growing business. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in change management.
