ROLE PURPOSE

To implement and continually improve the companiesUK communication strategy to achieve increased levels of employee engagement as part of a high performance culture

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the internal Newschannel including the sourcing and production of content
• Plan, organise and deliver bi-annual communication events coaching participants where necessary
• Liaise with group communication manager providing material in required format for group communication channels
• Improve the focus and cost of production ofthe companies internal mediato ensure it supports thecompanies UK strategy fully
• Provide support, guidance and coaching to line managers to increase internal communication capability and improve the quality of department led communication.
• Ensurethe companies UK Intranet site is up to date with consistent, relevant and accurate content
• Organise monthly coffee sessions and EMT visibility visits
• Seek feedback and benchmark against other organisations to continually improve internal communication

Who we're looking for
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE<BR>
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex matters in a way that can be understood by a wide range of audiences
• Highly proficient planning & organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to influencing at all levels of the organisation
• Proven track record of develop strong working relationships across the business
• A customer focussed approach committed to delivering and continually improving the quality of communication
• Knowledge of creative methods to emotionally engage audiences
• Competent with Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
