In this position as AM you will be responsible for the smooth running ofaccounts and the effective management of all client projects. You will be expected to build strong relationships and to foster good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency team. You will play a pivotal role in the development ofmarketing campaigns, and will be judged primarily on implementation and project management skills. Strategic insights will become increasingly important the more senior you are.As theAccount Manager you will report into the Managing Director and will need to show leadership and drive in thinking of innovative solutions to business/strategic problems and in merchandising the Agency's services.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will input into the strategic direction of the account and Account Manage the client relationship.
You will also liaise with creative andpossess strong financial acumen. Excellent academics, strong communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate will be important. Your creative, print, outdoor campaign, copywriting, NPD and PR experience will beexemplary, as will your understanding of creative production and data - profiling and segmentation etc.
