To manage the export sales activities of the company in the designated regions and provide direction and motivation to the Export team. To initiate international sales through project related specification selling to consulting, project and design engineers and coordinating those activities with the distribution network.
Liasing with all Internal and External Sales, the Marketing Department, Product Development and Technical Sales & Support in the targeting of new and existing opportunities.
Consulting Engineers, Designers, Specifiers, Key Influencers, Distributors on a worldwide basis.
Managing three direct reports, x1 International Specification Sales Engineer covering France, x1 covering Middle East and a Sales Coordinator.
You will also be responsible for targeting and developing the US market as your personal region.
Who we're looking for
You will have HNC or Degree qualification within a construction / engineering discipline.
You will have a proven track record within a specification role into construction / engineering.
You will have considerable exposure at specification sales within a technical environment.
Ideally, you will be conversant with motivating and managing a distributor network.
