Key Responsibilities
- Negotiates, drafts and reviews investment management agreements with outsourced investment advisers.
- Responsible for the delivery of timely and appropriate legal advice and guidance
- Maintains an up to-date knowledge of UK regulations/rules that affect UK Funds.
- Contributes to project activities as required, advising and guiding on legal requirements.
- Drafts designs and implements new fund prospectus to ensure that they are acceptable to the regulator from a legal/regulatory perspective.
- Ensures that existing range of prospectus are effectively maintained from a legal and compliance perspective.
- Negotiates distribution, key supplier and confidentiality agreements.
Provides support and advice on all relevant EC regulatory /legal requirements in respect of investment funds.
Who we're looking for
Fully qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience.
Asset management experience essential.
