Looking for a Deputy Manager who has the confident in running a busy food and drink venue. The role will require you to pay particular attention to the bar and the hostel business. Making sure that all aspects are run to a high standards. This means:
• Manage the day to day operations of the business
• Increase profit and stock margins
• Controlling labour costs, paying special attention to: Low turnover, resourceful recruitment, motivation and staff performance
• Being P&L Accountable
• Installing a marketing campaign to build the brand and bringing in new business
• Ensuring all rooms are kept to a high standard
• Health and Safety laws are being practiced in the hostel and the bar
• Guest bookings are kept up to date
• All Guest are treated are given excellent service to help build a rich reputation around the world

Who we're looking for
Looking for a Deputy Manager who has a varied skill set which includes:
• Good balance in a food and drink operation
• Strong Leadership qualities - able to command teams of different volumes
• Service Focused
• Back office and front of house proficient
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
• Eager to learn and Progress
• A tenacious attitude
