This exciting highly successful organisation is looking for a resourcer to join a highly commercial fast paced team for workplace solutions. Reporting into the recruitment officer this role holds the purpose to source candidates directly for operational vacancies using different methods of recruitment. You will be responsible for ensuring the process runs smoothly throughout the lifecycle of recruitment needs. You will liaise with hiring managers and collate relevant recruitment reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Building relationships and gain credibility within your business sectors will be key.

Who we're looking for
You will be degree educated with a wealth of experience using competency based interviewing techniques. You will be PC literate with excellent communications skills.
