Digital Marketing Manager-Content

• Define all aspects of online changes including wire frames, storyboards, creative concepts, information architecture, functional designs, creative designs, content and usability.
• Define the 'value arguments' and Business Cases for proposed changes in conjunction with the Business Stakeholders.
• Develop a 'change roadmap' in conjunction with the Change Delivery Manager.
• Evolve customer insight programs (e.g. through web analytics, user testing, CSAT and CMD input) to enable informed decision making.
• Lead the creative development and design of the website/s.
• Improve conversion rates on sales, service and account management areas of the consumer website
• Achieve sales targets in line with defined monthly targets of the business.

Who we're looking for
• Knowledge in Online Customer Experience definition
•Knowledge in driving online sales through transactional websites.
• Demonstration of understanding and applying Usability and Design best practice.
• Delivery of online change programs using structured Project Management.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and Optimisation techniques
•Knowledge in optimising transactional websites to drive significant value.
• Line management experience (of more than 2 people)
• Achieving 'Business Buy-in' across key stakeholder groups up to and including Executive.
