Senior Marketing Manager

Role Purpose:
• This role will create and coordinate the Marketing Acquisition Plan in accordance with the category's budget. This includes the creation and delivery of the Affinity Partner P & Ls in conjunction with the appropriate contractual obligations. The role will lead the monthly forecast amends and gain plan sign-off on a quarterly basis
• Overseeing the production of all marketing issues, within your remit, to ensure regulatory objectives are met
• Ensure all departmental employees are competent, fit for purpose, developed and motivated

2. Key Accountabilities:
• Create the annual Installed 'acquisition' marketing plan for both budget and stretch targets
• Develop the Installed plan and identify the monthly forecast amends
• Lead the quarterly sign-off process for the whole Installed category
• Create and deliver the specific AP plans
• Meet with partners every quarter to develop AP plans • Implement all acquisition activity
• Identify and implement tactical improvements required across the Installed category for all acquisition channels
• Support the product management team in identifying new product propositions for the category.
• Support the retention team in managing the relationship between the acquisition and retention of a single customer for the Manufacturer products / brands.
• Support the Head of Marketing with the implementation of new business marketing plans
• Carry out research into new markets, competitor research, portfolio fit
• Support the new product development process
• Work with the customer marketing team to ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered accurately and on time

Who we're looking for
• Previous experience within a B2C financial services environment.

• Experience with direct marketing and direct sales channels, (Direct mail etc) You may currently be a product/campaign mgr with a very commercial, business development background.

• Enthusiastic, driven, intelligent, excellent written and spoken presentation skills, highly numerate.

Desirable

• Previous roles held in product management and/or marketing management.
