Working closely with the Site Director and the Regional HR Manager you will be responsible for providing effective, efficient and professional support and advice on policy, practice and employment legislation.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
• Provide efficient and professional HR Support to employees on site.
• Advise Site Director on employment legislation and codes of practice.
• Promote good recruitment and selection practice with managers and liaise with the Resourcing team.
• Advise Managers on Pay and Benefits.
• Liaise with the on-site Training Manager as appropriate.
• Provide Site Director and Regional HR Manager with monthly management in formation reports.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with solid HR Generalist skill set. Ideally you will be at least part CIPD qualified. Excellent communication skills need to be combined with an ability to build effective relationships across the business. You need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a good understanding of employment law.
