To motivate, lead and develop a team of itinerant sellers, BMs and BDMs, with both Bank and non-Bank responsibility.
Agree objectives with Head of Regional Sales & Sales Director and ensure that all targets are met at both individual seller and team level.
To help the team and its members prioritise and manage workflow of sales leads from both Bank and non-Bank channels. As part of this you will need to increase lead generation both through the Network as well as all non-Bank channels and increase the conversion ratio.
Ensuring team performance is maximised by timely recognition of individual performance issues and follow through with appropriate action.
As part of the management team, help set business direction (with particular emphasis on the field team in terms of prioritisation).

Who we're looking for
Degree calibre individual with substantial acquiring experience preferably with experience of managing a team of high achievers.
Dynamic, results driven, hands on individual who has the ability to motivate a team to enhance performance and who is not afraid of making difficult decisions and can work with little supervision.
Strong organisational, multi-tasking and delegation skills.
An effective planner.
Evidence of working with a third party client.
A strong Communicator both verbal and written, adapting the approach to match the audience.
Excellent time management skills to provide on time service delivery to customers and third party client.
