Your Role as a General Manager in this lively Restaurant and Bar will require you to be:
• Day to Day running of the the whole Business as responsible licensee
• Increase Profit and Stock margins
• Changing and Innovating the food and drink offering
• Controlling Labour Costs,paying special attention to: Low turnover,resourceful recruitment,motivation and staff performance
• Maintaining a healthy level of stock control and keeping to a budget
• Overall P&L Maintenance
• Installing a Marketing campaign to build the brand and bring in new clientele
Who we're looking for
The skills required for a General Manager in Brighton:
• Good Balance in food and drink operation
• Strong Leadership Qualities - able to command teams of different volumes
• Service Focused
• Back and front of house proficient
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and progress
• Personal UK Licence Holder
