The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of Business Affairs by dealing with commercial work across the group of companies. As part of the Business Affairs Team, thiscommercial lawyer will be also responsible for helping the rest of the team in protecting the business interests in all of the existing and potential companies within the Group, for protecting our client's business interests in relation to their agreements with various commercial partners, including their representatives and for protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified commercial lawyer, with in house experience. You will have a proven track record of dealing with commercial work primarily for SMEs and if possible, within the media sector. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, able to work under pressure and will be used to working within tight deadlines.
