This is a 6 month maternity role covering all planning matters for this government body responsible for an important part of the Welsh country side. The role includes handling all planning applications, section 106 agreements, planning appeals and advising committees on process and policies.

Who we're looking for
Our client needs a candidate who is willing to commit to a 6 month assignment. Ideally they require someone with Planning experience but they are willing to consider candidates who have solid experience in property and want to move into Planning
