The Interim Head of HR will report to the HR Director and will provide professional leadership and direction at an operational / employee relations level. With responsibility for three HR Managers you willbe a key member of the senior management team and will have the opportunity toshape the future development of the function whilst providing essential HR support and advice.

Who we're looking for
− CIPD qualified
− Sound employee relations experience
− Experienced at leading a team of qualified HR professionals
