This role reports into the Employee Relations Manager and is responsible for providing advice and support to senior managers and HR Managers on employee relations issues including conditions of service, grievance, discipline, poor performance and sickness absence to ensure fair and consistent application of the organisation's policy. You will also consult and negotiate with Trade Unions and Staff Associations on employee relations issues.
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a CIPD qualified, ER specialist who has experience consulting on complex and sensitive ER matters. Youwill feel confidentdriving forward ER processes in a changing environment. You will have excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills and demonstrate strong leadership, decision making and problem solving skills.
