Reporting into the Head of HR you will have responsibility for providing a HR Business Partnering service to a dedicated client area. The role will be varied and will encompass the full HR Generalist remit and will also require involvement in learning and development. A key focus will be to support the relevant heads of department with HR issues.
Who we're looking for
- You must have the full generalist HR remit and a proven track record of providing HR support to a senior population.
- This is an interim role therefore you must be either available immediately or happy to commit on a interim basis
- Exposure to operational learning and development would be advantageous but is not essential.
