As Field Manager you will be responsible for providing technical supervision to field operatives and liaison with administration staff to ensure the smooth running of the branch operation.
Reporting directly to the branch manager you will work closely with Gas and Electrical Engineers to develop a team culture on a Decent Homes contract with a leading Social Housing organisation in the East Midlands.
Essential to the role is a thorough understanding of all aspects of gas and electrical engineering and the ability and proven track record of supervising teams.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal Field Manager will possess:
• Knowledge, practical skills and experience in the fields of Gas and Electrical Engineering.
• A thorough understanding of the Social Housing sector.
• ACS and other relevant qualifications.
• Excellent management, leadership and inter-personal skills.
• The ability to liaise effectively with Client, colleagues and tenants alike.
