The role involves:
• Driving and delivering the exceptional performance of a Home Finance area sales team through powerful leadership and performance management.
• Implementing plans to deliver and exceed area sales targets.
• Developing the strengths of the team for the benefit of team members and the business.
• Meeting area sales and performance targets.
• Boosting employee satisfaction, customer experience, sales growth, cost performance and regulatory compliance.
• Creating a positive working environment where staff can not just achieve, but exceed business objectives.
Who we're looking for
You will already be a successful and qualified Area Manager working within the industry and looking for a rewarding professional environment to further your career.
What you need:
• CeMAP qualifications, with strong leadership experience and proven sales management ability in a regulated sales environment.
• Expert, up-to-date technical knowledge of the regulated financial services and banking industries and a good working knowledge of the mortgage market and customer trends that affect this business area.
• Proven track record in achieving results and meeting sales targets.
• The ability to continuously coach and motivate your team.
• The ability to effectively put a sales strategy into practice.
• Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of external competitor activity.

What's on offer
