As a Client Services Manager based in Leamington Spa you will be responsible for working closely with a wide variety of clients throughout various sectors.Managing a team of 6 semi seniors and seniors and directly reporting into Directors, you will be tasked with developing strong relationships with a portfolio of clients and providing advice when needed.

The main areas of your role will be as follows:
• Develop strong relationships with your portfolio of clients - a mixture of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies throughout various sectors.
• Provide an effective and efficient service to clients in areas such as accounts preparation, audit and other related. Your main responsibility here will be mostly around planning and reviewing of work undertaken by junior members of the team.
• Provide business advice to clients in areas such as profit improving planning, business valuation, personal coaching of business owners, business issue advice, human resource and personal development advice, amongst others.

Who we're looking for
Being a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) you have a strong technical background gained ideally within the profession. With experience in the above areas (accounts preparation and audit), you will also have the commercial awareness to provide sound business advice in both financial and non financial areas.

As you can imagine, with a role that has a high level of client facing activity you will require outstanding communication skills and the ability to gain creditability with a wide variety of clients various industries. Some will require assistance in making their business more profitable, others needing advice in planning for retirement or even diversification. This is an outstanding opportunity to add a great deal of value to a portfolio of clients under your control.

Strong communication skills are essential along with team/man management experience and the ability to inspire others. Being strong interpersonally will allow you use your technical experience to greater effect and provide outstanding service - the greatest differentiator between you and the competition.
