Great roles working as a Performance Improvement Consultant on a variety of interesting Corporate Management Consultancy projects based in Birmingham. Client is a well renowned consultancy firm looking for suitable candidates, based in Birmingham, to establish, develop and maintain relationships within the Public Sector. As a Senior Consultant you will also be tasked with leading and delivering assignments as well as managing other consultants and other in-house personnel.
Who we're looking for
The right person for this role will be of graduate calibre and have sound public sector experience.
Suitable individuals should also have:
• Good Knowledge and experience within the Public Sector.
• The skill of deriving benefits from risk management.
•The skill of managing clients and people through change and transformation
• The drive and motivation to develop this area of business
• The ability to translate strategy into sustainable performance
