As Surveyor you will be responsible for carrying out surveys and specifying works for insurance claims between a value of £1500 and £150,000.
Based between our Client's Lincoln office and site you will visit client homes and diagnose defects, validating claims before providing the relevant information to a number of leading Insurance companies.
Meticulous in your approach you will ideally come from atrade background and be looking to progress your career within e rapidly developing construction company who specialise within the Insurance Property Repair market.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Surveyor will possess:
• A proven track record within the Insurance Property Repair market.
• A thorough understanding of all areas of surveying.
• A trade background with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Attention to detail and a broad understanding of the Insurance market.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
