You will be responsible for providing general HR support to multiple offices within the UK and Europe.
Your key responsibilities will be to:-
• Support the HR Manager on the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates.
• Manage employee relations issues.
• Maintain and develop compensation and benefits policies.
• Work on ad-hoc HR projects.
• Assist with general HR administration tasks.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a broad HR Generalist skill set ideally gained in technology environment. A solid knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of a variety of recruitment methods. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified. Experience of working with
