As a Bid Manager you will manage the bid opportunity from prospect to closure by supporting the Harrogate sales office in their business development activity. A fundamental aspect to the role is to deliver high quality proposals within the timescales set by clients. You will build string relationships internally to co-ordinate the activities across functional areas. You will be targeted to ensure a high quality of response and therefore maximum potential to win the business.

Who we're looking for
It is essential that you have experience in bid management, although experience within financial services isn't necessary. You should be a strong communicator, both written and verbal with excellent team leadership skills. This role needs a multi-skilled individual who is able to balance a high workload and prioritise where necessary. A flexible attitude to work is essential as is the ability to commute to Harrogate.
