Contracts Manager

Property Repairs

Lincoln

Permanent ⁄ £30000 - £33000

With a diverse background in both the public and private sectors, you will oversee a number of Property Repairs projects to the value of £1m per annum within the insurance sector.
With responsibility for a direct workforce of around 15 operatives along with sub contractors you will liaise with in-house surveyors to ensure that the work is carried out to the correct standard and in the appropriate time frames.
Our client is looking for someone who has the desire and drive to be part of a successful team in the Lincoln office both in the immediacy and in the ongoing future.

Who we're looking for
The Ideal Contracts Manager will possess:
• A proven track record of delivery in both the public and private sectors on multi-million pound projects.
• Thorough knowledge of Property Repairs.
• Natural leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• A determination and drive to progress their career.
• First class inter-personal and communication skills.
• A trade background.
• An understanding of the insurance sector.
