Job Role
Within a technical team, the successful candidate will report to the CEO and will cooperate closely with the Project Directors on high-rise buildings projects. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance. You will develop structures for high-rise buildings (200 meters high). Your role will involve :
- determining dimensions of reinforced concrete structures or metallic frameworks ;
- cooperating in the technical design, conducting sites visit with the Project Director and providing support to him on the projects estimation ;
- liaising internally and externally with people intervening in the design or the implementation of the projects ;
- defining global technical processes and organizational methods ;
- driving and training draughtsmen ;
- achieving delivery and cost performance targets ;
- supervising the technical conformity on site ;
- assisting the client.
Who we're looking for
You must be able to travel on a regular basis (US, United Arab Emirates, Asia, Europe?).
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
•Ideally to have engineering experience in a similar position.
•An ability to lead a team of up to 5 or more engineers and draftsmen,
•An ability to lead high-rise buildings projects.
