Thisis agreat opportunity to develop as aMarketing Communications Manager within a newly formed team in Central London.
The main responsibility of the role is to communicate a persuasive brand proposition that will attract the right users resulting in high quality leads to the clients Estate Agents.

Core Responsibilities:

 Manage new agency selection process
 Work with research agencies to validate consumer attitudes
 Identify creative propositions and messages
 Write agency briefs
 Write Marketing Communication plans
 Be the first contact point with agencies: Consumer PR, Creative, Production, Media
 Direct and critically evaluate creative executions
 Manage media schedule, evaluate new media opportunities
 Ensure all material is on brand and message across all media
 Communicate marketing media plans to Sales Teams
 Plan media schedule to coordinate with Sales activity
 Monitor spend against budget and highlight changes to forecast
 Evaluate with Insight team advertising effectiveness
 Review and maintain brand tracking analysis

Who we're looking for
The client is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who will is or has the following:
• Industry recognised Marketing or Advertising Qualification: CIM or CAM
• Structured yet creative thinker, excellent at planning and organisation
• Marketing communications background in buying offline media and budget monitoring
• Ideally worked on an online brand.
• May need to work late evenings for focus group research, TV production and last minute deadlines
• Good under pressure with a sense of humour
• Socially confident to mix in circles of influence
• Good interpersonal skills and able to deliver information in a confident manner to individuals or large groups
• Proactive, positive, with a sense of ownership
