Regional Sales Manager - Africa

Reporting to the Commercial Manager the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting the company's products within your given region.
You will sell through locally based agents and will have the autonomy to appoint or replace them as required. The Regional Sales Manager will be required to spend 3 - 4 months over the course of the year visiting customers and local representatives throughout Africa.

As the Regional Sales Manager you will both manage the existing accounts as well as looking for new business opportunities. There are considerable opportunities for growth and you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to ensure this occurs in line with company objectives.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Regional Sales Manager will:
• Demonstrate significant recent successes within anIndustrial sales role.
• Ideally have worked in the target regions
• Ideally have experience of appointing and managing local sales agents
• Be prepared to live within a 35 mile radius of the Grimsby office
• Have exceptional levels of drive and self motivation
• Present themselves in a professional & articulate manner
French language skills will be an advantage as would an engineering qualification, but these are not essential.
