Would you be interested in a 'hands-on' role, reporting directly to the Head of Business, where you will play a key factor in the ongoing success of this market leading operation.
Responsible for the management of all financial and administration activities, you will ensure all transactions comply with corporate, contractual and legal obligations. You will also work closely with the Accountant, Head of Business, non finance staff and customers, which will give you a fantastic understanding of the business from top to bottom.
In addition to this, you will also prepare budgets, forecasts, month end accruals and prepayments which will help drive this business forward, whilst also identifying and developing key individuals for the future.
Who we're looking for
You will;
• Preferably be qualified to CIMA or equivalent standard.
• Demonstrate significant experience in managing a finance and administration function.
• Be able to demonstrate systems and process development.
• Show a practical understanding of a Logistics environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be confident in presenting to both internal and external customers.
