Working within the HR Services team you will have line management responsibility for an Employee Relations Advisor who will work closely with you on all company ER matters. You will also be responsible for a team of four HR Services Co-ordinators who work closely with the Regional Retail structure to deliver support on all aspects of the HR Services function ranging from PMI, Company Cars, Relocation to Redundancy.

You will support the delivery of the organisations, policy plan by managing and developing the dedicated HR services team to ensure the provision of a customer focused, professional HR support service to key stakeholders and customers on all matters in relation to employee relations.

In addition to this position is to act as the guardian of company Policies and Procedures and to support the wider HR team with Complex ER issues.With a wealth of ER experience you will support the wider HR team on all aspects of ER focusing on Employment Tribunals, coaching and advising on all stages from preparation to creation of witness statements.

Working closely with the HR Services Business Partner and Solicitors you will proactively plan and deliver Training workshops to develop and up skill the wider HR Department.

Who we're looking for
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER professional to join a fast paced vibrant company. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in managing complex ER issues and have a proven track record in developing relationships with senior management and project management. You will have previous management experience and have been involved in the development and creation of policies and procedures. CIPD qualified you will be looking for a role that will further develop you ER skills but expose you to bigger company wide projects and initiatives.
