Our Client seeks to recruit a commercial contracts locum with intellectual property experience to join them on a 6 month basis, pending a permanent recruit. You will be expected to work and assist several partners in a busy large regional commercial team. Good contract and commercial law experience including detailed experience in drafting, advising and negotiating distribution and agency agreements / Outsourcing / IT and technology agreements / commercial contracts / IPR / and general experience with suitable skills dealing with good practical drafting experience and client facing interaction and ability to provide constructive and practical advice.

Who we're looking for
You will:
• Have experience in dealing with commercial contracts
• Be able to mange a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Be able to start ASAP
