This is a newly created, high-profile role supporting the HR function with key business initiatives, identifying current trends and planning over a 6-12 month timescale.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner for Services, this role will require the successful individual to work exclusively to support the HR function with day to day delivery, analysing large volumes of data, working through KPIs to produce 'user friendly' quantitative and qualitative data. You will identify business risks and trends and support the HR function with planning strategy to address areas of concern. You will play a pivotal role in the budget planning and forecasting and crucial company wide processes such as Pay review planning and implementation.

The position provides critical decision support for the senior management of the business and will make a key contribution to the successful delivery of all the business units through detailed analytical support, working with key teams within brand.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a practical current understanding of business analysis and experience in working with large quantities of data. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to use Excel to intermediate standard as a minimum requirement.
