Your remit is twofold - you will manage a team of 2-4 Account Managers who look after a portfolio of accounts throughout the UK and are regularly expected to visit them. You will also look after key accounts as well as work on the strategy of the business as a whole. With overall responsibility for revenue and profit expansion in your team. This is a solutions based portfolio sell .
Who we're looking for
• Thisrole will need a good knowledge of online and print products
• The successful candidate will be used to managing and hitting targets.
• The Account Director will be responsible for defining and employing sales strategies whilst advising on development of new products for continued growth. Relationship development is a key area of the role as the role is split between new business and a good degree of account management.
• Crucially you will have a proven track record of man management within media sales.
•Fundamentally you must bebright and articulate with an ability to sell solutions as this role is not simply about selling adverts on a page
