Interim Assistant Accountant

Temp ⁄ An initial 3 month interim assignment with possibility of extension/permanent role. If the candidate is at the correct level a permanent role will be offered within 3 months.
Interview will be in English and Russian
Salary of up to £14 per hour

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for validation and data input of information:- timesheets, expenses, supplier invoices and payments, and bank statements (multicurrency), assist in the preparation of sales invoices, accounting reconciliations, ad hoc data analysis using Excel (with knowledge of Excel at least at an intermediate level I.e. knowledge of pivot tables) and assist in project to move accounting operations from Excel to an accounting package (called Progression).

Who we're looking for
Key personal qualities required for the role:
• Must be fluent in English and Russian (lots documents in Russian)
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated person with good attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines (flexibility regarding working hours required)
• General commercial exposure with at least two years of direct accounting knowledge and experience<BR>
