Management Accounts
• Assisting management accounts processes : budgeting, forecasting, profit & loss, variance analysis

Accounts Receivable
• Prepare a schedule for inter company banking relating to funds being received
• To reconcile debtor accounts and send out invoices and statements (once information is available) to distributors
• Complete daily consolidated reconciliation of all activations from system against activation control sheets
• File all invoices and statements
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports on cash received from distributors
• Bank reconciliation on a daily basis

Accounts Payable
• Processing supplier invoices, coding, authorisation and posting to Sage Line 50
• Maintaining control for the purchase order process and matching to invoices
• Arranging payments for suppliers invoices
• Bank reconciliations for accounts that payments are made from
• Petty cash processing, review of receipts against claims and arranging payment

Stock control
• Reconciling Excel file of stock (until some automation is provided), reconciling movements and volumes held of specific cards by distributors and the printer
• Liaising with sales and other departments to make sure that all new and existing products are captured on the stock records

Activations
• Liaising with Nowtel sales internationally to reconcile activations, reviewing system, daily activation control sheet and the finance system (Sage Line 50)
• The system data, Sage Line 50 finance data and daily activation control sheets need to be reconciled weekly and monthly

Who we're looking for
• Vibrant, personable and sociable candidate to fit into a non-bureaucratic office environment
• From a Telcos, High Tech or similar background preferably
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups, hlookups, pivot tables, macros useful but non-essential), working knowledge of Sage Line 50, MS Accessuseful but non-essential
• ACCA part qualified / CIMA part qualified
