This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join the Human Resources team of a large Business Services organisation. The organisation has offices all over the UK and around 7,000 employees, your role is to support the Learning & Development requirements for all of them. The successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK, although a West Midlands location is preferred. The role will involve travelling around 2-3 days per week. You will be accountable for the L&D function within the company and will be responsible for:
• the learning & development strategy
• managing the budget
• performance management
•corporate induction plan
• investors in People
• developing management development initiatives
• leading the Learning & Development team

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a competent Learning & Development Manager who can demonstrate experience operating at both a strategic and operational level. Experience in a Business Services environment is advantageous.You will ideally be CIPD qualified and self motivated as will manage your own workload.
