Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will have a hands on approach responsible for leading, motivating and managing the UK team of 4 managers,18 field sales professionals and 23 internal professionals. You will manage performance in a structured and consistent manner, using your business and sales skills to achieve top line and profitability targets.
You will be expected to be motivational, lead the business from the front, and develop a strategic and tactical approach to sales delivery. You will drive the diverse customer initiatives across all of the group businesses and you will play a pivotal role in developing JLA's offerings and routes to market.

Who we're looking for
You will be intelligent, hard working and able to point to an outstanding track record of success in leading sophisticated multi channel business- to- business sales .
Being commercially astute, you will be a natural leader and be able to understand how profit is generated.
