Reporting to the HR Manager, this is an autonomous position supporting the Operations client group as part of this Financial services company. This is a generalist role responsible for all employee relations and recruitment within the client group but also with a particular focus on Learning and Development. You will have the opportunity to manage your client group and beable to introduce and implement new initiatives from an HR perspective that will benefit the business.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a CIPD qualified generalist who has has broad experience across the HR agenda. You should be happy to get stuck in with all tasks in the business and maintain an approachable and collaborative style to assist answering queries within your client group. You should be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships easily.

What's on offer
£28,000 to £32,000 plus benefits.
