Our client has broad experience in the funds industry and international investment community, working with individuals, fund managers and institutions alike. Our client combines this knowledge with its international tax structuring capability to provide a unique and comprehensive legal service for their clients, who are principals, managers and investors across the spectrum of funds and investment structures.

Our client advises on the most appropriate vehicle and jurisdiction and create funds for individual investors, or investor groups, as well as devise structures for funds aimed at international distribution to both private and institutional investors. Due to increased workload, our client is in urgent need for a talented lawyer to add to their team.

Who we're looking for
You will already possess substantive experience in hedge funds, venture capital funds and other unauthorised alternative investment funds. This role may suit a Corporate or Banking Lawyer who is looking to retrain. Extensive knowledge of the regulations governing funds is required.
