Reporting to the Mortgage Sales Manager this is an exciting opportunity for experienced Mortgage professionals to join our new Mortgage Services team helping to shape and develop our exceptional mortgage service. We offer a whole of market service with guaranteed volumes. You will be expected to:
• Provide telephone based advice direct to customers on mortgage, protection and general insurance products from the whole of the market.
• Support mortgage arrangement and fulfilment for your clients mortgage applications.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help us to deliver on the commitment to a market leading proposition.
• Consistently deliver on challenging conversion targets, suggesting improvements and helping to continually improve our proposition/service offering.
• Positively embrace the FSA's "treating customers fairly" initiative and the customer charter.
Who we're looking for
You must have:
• Full CeMAP & Authorised Person with FSA
• Experience of face to face and/or telephone based mortgage and general insurance advice and arrangement.
• Familiarity with mortgage sourcing systems and the mortgage advice/fulfilment process.
• Experienced with telephony systems, customer database systems and Microsoft office.
You will be:
• Interested in people, mortgages and insurance
• Ambitious self starter looking for a good career opportunity.
• Adaptable, good with feedback and continually looking to improve.
• Willing to learn and develop at a fast pace.
