As a high profile stand alone site, this store requires an fantastic senior store manager to drive sales, control the P+L and motivate their staff - high standards are an absolute must! Massive room for progression within the role.
Who we're looking for
You must come from a fashion background, preferably with experience in Ladies wear. With your commercial experience and visual flair, you'll spot opportunities and make decisions that will drive your business onwards and upwards. A knowledge of current trends and your local market will also ensure you are offering the best shopping experience on the high street.
This is a £10m turn over store, and this is our clients No1 flagship store so the right candidate has to be made of pretty special stuff!
A candidate who has managed similar turnovers and size of team (approx 30-40) and this must be within retail fashion.
Someone who can demonstrate influencing senior players and to have had regular experience of exposure to director level and to be confident dealing with them
You will need to be switched on and incredibly fast paced
You will be able to advise the business on the best approach to take after trialling new initiatives in the store and should ideally have a skill set enabling them to be a potential Area Manager in waiting
