To manage our clients Telemarketing activity through Outsourced Service Providers ensuring that targets are achieved as set and agreed by our client andtheir Affinity customer portfolio.
Management of all outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns, plans, results and delivery of performance including achievement of sales targets as agreed and set by the business.
Designing calling plans and campaign plans and briefing suppliers accordingly.
Building relationships with and effectively manage key suppliers in order to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery and cost Set up relationship governance framework and ensure team adheres totally to the principles.

Who we're looking for
You will be articulate and thorough in process, management experience of managing either an outbound telemarketing centre or managing Third Party Agencies who are delivering such services. Experience of procurement concepts including supply chain management and contract negotiations. You will have strong administrative skills with superb presentation skills, strong influencing skills and effective at leading teams to achieve business goals.

Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into reality, a proven delivery of Relationship Management and improvement of Relationship Management processes, superb relationship building and management skills.
