As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest possible standards within this internationally branded retailer They have a reputation for quality and trust and now require a forward thinking retailing team to help manage the business and drive growth.
The role will require you to be a role model for a 'customer led' attitude, and will involve you spending time with the customer to ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. You will build and develop store teams with the attitude and capability to provide this.
Who we're looking for
You will:
• Be an existing Store Manager you will now be looking to work for one of the most reputable retailers in the UK.
•Have drive and ambition to succeed.
• Have excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to lead motivate and inspire your team.
• Be confident working with in a KPI led Environment
•Be educated to at least A-level standard.
