The role of HR Recruitment Manager is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation in Portsmouth in a challenging generalist opportunity. You will initially focus on their rapid recruitment drive , hiring senior technical experts into the organisation. You will have proven skills in hiring at the £50-70,000 level. As a recruitment specialist you will have carried out assessment centres and personality/ technical testing previously. You will be involved in generalist HR activities acting as the number two for the Head of Human Resources on site. Your responsibilities with therefore also include:
• Employee Relations
• Performance Management
• Training an Development
• Facilities Management
This is a rapidly changing environment and the successful candidate will have worked in a demanding environment where change is predominant.
Who we're looking for
To be successful in the role of HR Recruitment Manager you will require a strong recruitment background in senior, technical recruitment. You will have worked previously in a role that has provided you with exposure to the more generalist side of HR. You will be a highly organised individual who is adaptable and willing to learn. You will gain exposure to all areas of the business, working with the Head of HR on all activities.
