Who we're looking for
This US firm's London office is looking for an excellent Funds lawyer with investment and Corporate background. You will be technically excellent and keen to work in an extremely collegiate environment. You will be keen to advise investors in respect of private equity funds. You will also want to be involved in the more general corporate aspects of the role - M&A, securities, joint ventures and venture capital work.
