We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Business Development to join this growing professional services firm based in South Wales.

You will be an experienced professional with strong understanding and experience of marketing and business development in a professional services environment. You will be required to gain an understanding of the local and national marketing and the Firm's positions within those markets and the potential future challenges effecting that market.

TheHead of Marketing & Business Development will be responsible for planning and implementation of Business Development and Marketing strategies on a firm-wide, departmental and group level basis.

This is a new position and we are seeking a motivated individual to fill it! The role offers great opportunity for the right individual!

Who we're looking for
This is a senior level management role with high exposure both internally and externally. The successful job holder will have marketing and business development experience gained in a professional services environment, ideally legal, and will be proven in their ability to negotiate, lead and influence key individuals. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is able to inspire and manage his team to deliver against set business objectives.
