PFI / PPP Health & Education

Reporting to the Main Board, based in Newcastle, you will be responsible for establishing Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV's) for bidding, managing, investing and securing partnering opportunities in the public sector. As part of the company's strategic growth, the business now requires to appoint a Regional Director to lead the company's efforts in the English health and education markets, building on the company's success in securing the Newcastle/North Tyneside NHS LIFT and Newcastle BSF projects. Working with the company's existing management team, the successful candidate will be expected to lead local efforts to secure project bidding opportunities.

Who we're looking for
The successful individual will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

§ Previous experience of PFI/PPP bidding activity.

§ Experience of PFI health and BSF education sectors.

§ Network of industry contacts.

§ Working understanding of PFI/PPP contract issues.

§ Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and project management skills.

§ Able to demonstrate an innovative approach to major project issues.

§ High level of commercial awareness and professional integrity.

There current investment portfolio is in excess of £500m. they are one of the pioneers of PFI/PPP and they have created an elite team to work on a wide spectrum of projects involving health care, housing and education.

What's on offer
Excellent basic salary of £100,000 plus executive package.
